Kahloy: This is my once-in-a-lifetime attempt on attaining a 6-pack, maybe an 8-pack. I'm doing everything possible to achieve it. I've done P90X (twice), and INSANITY (twice). I have now started yet another round of P90X. This is an all out battle against the flab that has plagued my abs for a few decades. I will not rest until I see them pups.
