Last Saturday I completed my first round of P90X; 90 days of brutal and intense workouts. I began doing it for various reasons such as to improve my health, and to look better. My health has improved, and I look and feel better; however, I also wanted a 6-six, and I've only got hint of it. I can see it if I hold my breath a bit, but I want one defined as soon as I take off my shirt.
I'm determined to get one, so I will be starting P90X again on Monday, 09/13/2010.
On Monday I will post pictures of how I look currently, and will keep this blog updated as the days roll in and out.
